I agree with the quote, because if you want to test a mens' power you have to give him power.
To know the man you have to let him talk to tell you what he likes.
If you let him have enough power he'll be like a dictator to you.
Yes that men can stand adversity but don't give it to him if you think he'll be overpowering you!!
